 Updates and corrections

The statement prepared for Blogger preserves the revised edition dated 4 September 2026. It includes the original 2 September evidence boundary and later attributed author concerns about engineering responsibility, demonstrations and delivery. It also retains public counter-disclosures and limits of the available evidence.

This migration does not establish any new defect, update the live campaign status or independently re-audit the team. Future substantive updates should state what changed, the supporting source and date, the limits of that source and whether an earlier conclusion needs correction. A company response should be attributed and linked, not treated as an independent finding.

拟迁入Blogger的正文采用2026年9月4日修订版，保留原始陈述的证据边界、作者对工程职责和交付的补充、项目方已有披露与相反材料。迁移不构成新的技术核验。

重大更正会写明：原先说了什么、新证据是什么、结论如何改变，以及更正日期。材料有利于或不利于原先判断，都应同等处理。尚未获得的新证据不会被编成更新，尚未取得的回应也不会被写成“对方拒绝回应”。
